Found this post regarding installing downpipes without removing the transmission but the embedded link is dead. Anyone have a copy or know if it is hosted elsewhere?
If not, any tips on installing without removing the transmission. I've read of removing the brake master cylinder to open up more room to the driver side and also using a pair of stubby wrenches. I already have the old ones off. Passenger side wasn't too bad and driver side was easy because the downpipe had broken off and only the flange was left on the turbo so accessing the bolts was easy.
